How can I order;
You can order the product you want in one of the following ways:
• In the online store
Place the products you want in the shopping cart and then transfer to the cart and complete the order by filling in your details in the fields that appear.
• By phone or e-mail

Can I cancel my order?
The order can be canceled as long as you contact us the same day, before delivery to the shipping company.
How can I pay;
Regardless of how you order, payment can be made in the ways described here .
In how many days will I have my order?
The order completion time is 2 to 6 working days for Greece and 7-12 working days for outside Greece. The company is not responsible for delays due to strikes in various professions.
Which transport company do you work with?
We cooperate with ELTA and the courier company Speedex. The choice of transport is made by us on a case by case basis depending on the accessibility of each one to the delivery address. The choice is always made with the criterion of the best possible service of yours.
Can I replace a defective product?
Of course, a defective product can be replaced. Our company assumes full responsibility for the possible placement of a defective product in your order and therefore proceeds to replace it if you are informed within 3 days from the date of receipt and if the product has not been damaged. As long as the above conditions apply, follow the following procedure:
• Photograph it so that its defective point is clearly visible and send the photo and contact phone with a personal message on our Facebook or Instagram page or by e-mail at designisplay@gmail.com
• If the photo proves that the conditions mentioned above apply, we will contact you to finalize its replacement.
• We send you a new product without shipping costs and with a delivery time of 2-6 working days for Greece and 7-12 working days for outside Greece. Deliver the defective product to the shipping company when you are given the new package.
Is there a charge in case of replacement or change?
The replacement of a defective product is done at our expense.
